Days of our Lives spoilers suggest Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) faces a grave threat when Owen Kent (Wes Ramsey), a sinister figure from her past, returns to Salem. Stephanie, who has recently found stability in her relationship with Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson), is caught off guard by the reappearance of Owen, who seems to be stalking her. Despite Stephanie's tumultuous romantic history, including abusive ex-boyfriend Jeremy Horton (Trevor Donovan) and the emotionally unavailable Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn), her relationship with Alex has been a safe haven. 

DOOL spoilers divulge the arrival of Owen disrupts their peace. Alex's suspicion that Jeremy was behind Stephanie's anonymous fan mail and a drugged soda delivery is debunked when it is revealed that Owen is the culprit. This comes as a shock to Stephanie's father, Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols), who initially dismissed Alex's concerns. Owen's return to Salem not only rattles Stephanie and Alex, but also implicates Jeremy, who is falsely accused of kidnapping Stephanie. 

Spoilers for Days of Our Lives will reveal Owen's sinister agenda, as well as the aftermath of his actions, which include the poisoning of Alex and the potential kidnapping of Stephanie.
